The cost of catering will be Dependent on your event, the number of people, the food you want and the complexity of the event, where it is held and other factors.

We ask you for as much information as possible to help us quote correctly for your event.

Your Information
You can contact us with the contact form below, or email, or call us.
Depending on the food service you require we will send out a form for you to complete and/or speak to you on the phone.

As you can imagine, a wedding for 100 people in a field differs massively from dropping a off a small buffet for 10 people on a lunch time. We will only ask what is relevant.
​
All your information is stored and protected following GDPR and we do not share any of your information with third parties.

What do you want?
Maybe you have a clear-cut idea of what you want for your event. Maybe you only have a rough idea?
We can run through different options based on your budget, venue and preferences. The form we send out/the questions we will ask may help to inform some of your decision making.

If you want a cold buffet dropped off, we only need basic information to check availability and if it's withinn our delivery area.
​
For larger events, with street food and bespoke services we can offer advice and explain clearly how we will operate, and we can do.
​
Things for you to think about include:

Timings - how long do you have for guests to eat, what else is happening on the day of your event?

Event Venue and Facilites - is there space for a gazebo or for a buffet station - is there a kitchen - is it a field with no facilities?

Venue Access - how can we access the venue, are there stairs or difficult access points?

Budget - How mauch do you want to spend on food?

Theme - Have you got a theme or a particular vibe you want to create? Is it a festival, is it more formal?

No of Guests - How many people are you feeding?

Dietary Requirements - Do we need to cater for special diets?

Quotes & Costings
Our quotes are based on the following:
-
The food options you require
-
The number of portions you require
-
The time it takes to make the food, and all other costs involved with making food
-
The time it takes to travel to your event, and other travel costs
-
The time it takes for us to set-up and set-down, along with the number of hours service
-
The number of staff required for service at your event
-
Other costs involved in your event that are specific to your event

All quotes are individually priced per event. We reserve the right to alter the quote if you change the original information provided. Quotes will be valid for the time stipulated on the quote only.

Also included in the cost of your event is
i) Administrative costs, for example: Communications with you, communications with the venue, emails, initial menu development, contracts, and other administrative activities.
ii) One visit to your event venue for a maximum duration of 1 hour.
All quotes are individually priced per event. We reserve the right to alter the quote if you change the original information provided. Quotes will be valid for the time stipulated on the quote only.
If you make changes to the original information supplied which leads to us altering our original quotes and menus, an administrative fee will be charged.

Additional Costs
Additional Costs in addition to food may include:
i. Equipment hire – for example, additional cooking equipment such as ovens and hot-holding
ii. Generator Hire
iii. Tablecloth Hire and cleaning
iv. Service ware hire and cleaning– for example, plates, cutlery, serving equipment
v. Costs or requirements imposed by the venue that are out of our control. Ie Electricity charges.
vi. Van hire to transport equipment or staff
vii. Catering for specialist dietary requirements - a surcharge to cover the cost of extra specialist ingredients based on the number of portions and the type of food required.
For the hire of additional equipment there will be an administrative fee for the work involved in hiring, collecting and returning equipment.
Travel Costs
Travel costs are based on the return distance travelled from NG17 9HP to your event venue and include the time and travel for the number of staff working at your event and transportation of equipment.

Booking
Once we have given you a quote, or we have discussed what you would like, we require a deposit to confirm the date.
The size of the deposit, depends on the size and date of the event. It is either a minimum of £200 or 10% for most events. For smaller catering jobs it is less.

For larger events we offer a contract for your peace of mind.
​
We have fair cancellation policies for all our bookings.

Tasting Sessions & Samples
We would love for you to sample our food, so you can really understand our flavours and the love and care that goes in to everything.
We can cook samples for you to try. All samples are made to order. You can try them in your own home, or sit and taste them with us and discuss your requirements. You will be charged per dish for all samples made.

You can also find us at public events in and around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
